It is rather controversial whether shelters or the street are a better place for the dogs. Surely enough, a large part of the population would prefer the dogs to be in shelters rather than walking freely on the streets. Other think, that life in a cage is not a life. And they’re not far from the truth! As much efforts, hard work, time and resources that we put into Bogrov so it can be a good alternative for over 500 dogs so they can live temporary or constantly in a more comfortable environment, after all this is a life in a closed place, where the only diversity comes with the volunteers. But when they leave, Bogrov becomes the Wild West. There is fight for everything here – for supremacy and dominance, for food, for place, for bed. And after all, everyone who has been in the shelter at least once knows perfectly that a large part of our dogs are carefree, happy, trustful, energetic and very lovable. Тhis is because these wonderful souls have succeeded in abstracting themselves from the fact that they are closed that way they have preserved their true selves, or in other words, to be human’s best friend. This is why I would now present to you another portion of candidates who would gladly fight to win your heart!

Pampa is 2 years old female dog that spend all of her life in the shelter. Although she doesn’t know what it feels like to be free, she just like any other dog dreams for her own home and loving family. With very interesting colour and an incredibly good heart, Pampa feels such a joy every time someone decides to pay her attention.

Tina is 1,5 years old. She came in Bogrov one year ago – very timid and shy. She still has some of these features towards some of the volunteers but with those she knows she is more than perfect. Very kind and delicate, this good girl needs just a little bit to bloom into a beautiful flower that will bring love and happiness into your life.

Rina is a 7 year old girl. She is with us from the summer of 2010 when we took her from Seslavci. This nice lady is older than more of the youngsters in her cage and in contrast to them she is way calmer and obedient. She enjoys slower walks and human caresses and cuddling. Neutered and vaccinated.

Triger is in the shelter from the age of 1 month. This 2 years old beauty has never seen anything different than life in the shelter. He is used to the surrounding atmosphere and we can even say that he is one of the dogs that adapted to that kind of life and enjoys every minute of his life.
