Our big thanks to Sofia Traffic Police and it’s director Vanio Stoevski for their help!
We got a distress call – a dog was wandering on Sofia’s most busy 6-lane boulevard Tzarogradsko Shose. Thanks to Alexander who did his best to hold the dog in one place for over an hour we were able to organize our team and a team from Sofia Traffic Police to come stop the taffic.

The dog, a 2 year old female was in panic – very frightened and uneasy. Any attempts to catch her without the trafic stopped would have resulted in an accident. She had finally stopped trying to ditch the cars and layed down between the lanes exhausted.
Thanks to the quick reaction of the Sofia Traffic Police Peter and Svetlio were able to quickly catch the girl and remove her from the road safely. Everything happened in minutes – the policeman stopped the traffic, Peter put his no-bite gloves on and carefully caught the dog in a moment. She was very shocked and biting from fear, but – no harm done.
Big accidents happen every day on Sofia streets and many dogs are injured and killed daily. We are happy to be able to help before the tragedy occures. Thanks to everyone who did their best to help!
