It was the day of Saint Atanas. A day cold and windy.
The “perfect”day to abandon an unwanted dog. A dog injured. A dog faithful. A dog that would stay at the middle of nowhere, where you’ve left him, and wait for you, until the merciful Death end his suffering…
Although the ex-owner thought so it wasn’t how the story went.
Even after the betrayal of his owner, Atanas, as we named him, hasn’t lost his faith in humanity. He was so relieved to follow us, like he was thinking:
“Oh, finally! I have been waiting for you so long!”.
Atanas is under the care of our vets since that day. He is a gentle and grateful dog.
His leg was healed, his life was saved, because “The Farm” is the place where animals without anyone by their side get a chance for a second life!
