Lotty must have been bought for a pedigree terrier pup. Who knows how her owners realised she was “nothing but a mutt”. Strangely enough – she was found on the street happy, smiling and playful and fortunately avoided the izolator by simply being herself – giving kisses, jumping, wagging her tail and wobbling about… Of course she would find foster parents as wonderful as she is. And of course she would be adopted as fast as is possible. What else could you expect from someone like Lotty!
