Doc has passed away.
In the time of his treatment at the Bogrov clinic Doc was doing better and better every day. He gained weight, became lively and even more friendly. He was doing so well, that our doctors decided he no longer needs to be confined in the clinic, he can go to live in the large dog-bulding. There, on the second day Doc unexpectedly got really ill. His symptoms were those of an infectios desease and we treated him, but with no success. After a day of testing and examinations to find what is happening to him Doc had no more strenght in him – he was still too weak from his stomach and skin problems and gave up. The autopsy showed he had gone down with a pilor hypoplasia – a condition that could have only be diagnosed by a barium X-ray for which we didn’t have time. Sleep in peace you dear, wonderful boy…
