The deaf Dogo Argentino Branko came back to us, after his adopter passed away.
Branko is already 8-9 years old, he has heavy character and most probably he will spend the rest of his life with us…
Recently our vets operated him and removed a small tumor from the leg. Of course, by turning into a patient, he got a photo session from out photograph – volunteer Ivanka Patterson from Stardust Pictures.
There are two questions we have, after seeing Branko’s photos:
1. Who wasted a whole roller of adhesive plaster, just to draw flower on his collar? and
2. Did this happen in the working hours?
Branko is recovering great after the surgery and because he is deaf, he was one of the few of our patients, that remained calm during the New Year’s noise.
For one or another reason, there are some dogs that will never get adopted.
We barely manage to introduce you just some of them, but anyways they are safe with us. Our vets take care of their health year after year and we all do our best to make them feel home. Because “The Farm” is the only home they will ever have… Even if this means someone will try to cheer them up, when they got sick, by drawing a flower on their collars…
