The new Jumbo store that was built on the road to our shelter turned out to be an unexpected dumping-ground for far too many former pets. We have no idea why it is so, it is neither safe, nor abundant, but facts will be facts – Izzy is one of many dogs we have picked up there – confused, frightened, and inadequate in the streets.
The little white girl that is now called Izzy will take some time to understand she will never be chased away and kicked around anymore. The good news is that this task falls upon a lovely family – the Abadjievy family – and they are doing a great job! The little princess feels better and better with every day passed in her excellent new home!
Molly is another one of our pet ladies. She was dumped with some very bad tumors, operated by the doctors at Amivet and came to us for her recovery and hopefully – to be rehomed. It took us some time to get all the drainages and bandages over with, but the girl managed to completely recover from the ordeal.
She is now living a new, happy, luxurious life with her new “parents”- Elka and Nikola Dilovski! We have plenty of pictures to prove that she spends her first weeks at home catching up on her beauty sleep – in a soft bed, in a warm room, full of people who love her sincerely…
We are happy to see Bulgarian parents bring up responsible and caring people into our world!
