We welcome Martin Miliev to the ARS team!
Marto has been a volunteer in Bogrov since May, he’s been very devoted, always of help, always there when he’s needed, taking dogs our for the volunteers to walk every single weekend, washing, cleaning, feeding…
He is the one who makes sure the dogs are walked in a just way – he knows who’s been out yesterday and who’s been ignored simply because he is not pushy enough. He leashes and gives the dogs to the volunteers that walk them – it’s a very exhausting task.
More or less Marto’s been on our team unofficialy for quite a while already, so – we envited him and made it official.

Marto is stepping in to fill in Poly Samokovlieva’s place. Poly has left our team for personal reasons.
Those of you who’ve been to Bogrov probably know Marto. But in case you haven’t – here he is doing his thing – socializing and working with the dogs.
Marto works with the more difficult cases. Below he is with Richard – in the couse of 4 months Martin has made Richard feel comfrotable in human company – Richard was one of the most frightened dogs we had at the shelter. Today Richard feels Marto approaching the dog building from behind the corner and waits for him with a wagging tail:
