Many people have passed Mario on the streets. Surely some felt sorry, but how can they take him into their arms – so scruffy, plucked? And so until he meets the right people. The people who have a ready answer to “how” – with love and care. And although they couldn’t look after him themselves, they did not leave him on the streets shoulders shrugged. Mario picked the moment perfectly – a place in our quarantine unit had just become available.
Mario grows stronger. He gets more handsome. Soon to be a real dog, despite the bad odds at the beginning of his life. And then, when adopters send us pictures of their adorable pet, we will smile, clap our tongues and ask ourselves – is this gorgeous dog the bald puppy they brought from the streets?
