Guess who will spend his very first Christmas in a loving home, instead of The Farm or the foster home?
That’s right – a bunch of puppies!
Here we proudly present you the new Austrian citizens:
Dixie and Pixie are two brothers, lucky to spend their first months in a foster home. During their weekend in our partners’ shop “Pets&U” everyone fell in love with the calm and lovable brothers, though noone wanted to adopt them. Anyway, now they have started learning German in their new Austrians homes.
Pancho is the tiny puppy who came at the Farm blind and sick. After the treatment and the recovery of his sight, he went to a foster mom, together with Toby. When he came back we culdn’t recognize him – a large, beautiful and self esteemes dog! Thank you, Vanya, foster mom for a lot of our puppies (and at the moment – foster of a kitten)!
Toby also wasn’t adopted during his weekend, but his faith obviously wasn’t to grow alone
in a cage…
After a nice stay at Vanya’s he finally went home!
Roro came to us fully vaccinated from the good people who found him. As you know, after the distemper tragedy we cannot take dogs without vaccinations, untill we build the quarantine ward. A few of the people who found puppies during that period agreed to take care after
the puppies, until they are ready to come safe in the shelter. People like this surprised us so nice. Most of the people in this situation, after we tell them we cannot take the
puppies immediately, start shouting we do nothing to help, but it is good some of them
really understood the situation and decided to trouble themselves for a while, but to save lives.
Ani is one of the sisters, known as Teddy 1 and Teddy2. Her sister still needed some
treatment at the time of the trip and stayed, but Ani left for good.
Chandler came to us with a skin disease, but he is now fine and healthy. And lucky to impress the Austrians.
Sensei and Gem are 2 of 4 funny puppies which came to us with their mother from Pernik.
All of the others are already adopted. They lived in the home of our vet Diana, together with other dogs, cats and rabbits.
Farewell, kiddos! We wish you all the best from now on!
