Zverski (Beast) is one of our boys – we took him in on the edge of his life as a puppy in 2011. We managed to socialize him, but he got into real trouble with his legs. Zverski is finally back at the Farm, after he received an arthrodesis, thanks to your help. The pain is already easing.
He has a hard time walking, and there is much ahead of him still, but he is on the right track. The only thing that makes him sad is the diet kibble he gets – losing weight is a must, but Zverski disagrees.

With all the help you sent, I’m going to get my surgery. The more important leg first, because it hurts more… D-r Vladi will be doing the operation, they say he has hands of gold, keep your fingers crossed for me.
I don’t know how to thank you, I feel so full of love. If every person who donated for me would have one full bowl of love from me, I’d still have plenty. Please, take it, it’s for you, good people.

Cry for help: A Beast in pain 17/03/2016
Perhaps we made a mistake. Back then in the hot July of 2011 when the emaciated puppy was trying to eat us, instead of dyeing, according to his condition. He was terribly hungry, and terribly angry, but we should have not given him the terrible name Zverski (Beast). It seems it somehow decided his faith.
Terrible pains. That is what our good fat Zverski feels each day. After four years of waiting at the shelter (the first two of them spent in insisting that people are The Enemy; the next two that people are The Dream), Zverski finally got his visitors. But in green vests. And a gift – a diagnosis. A terrible one – elbow dysplasia on both joints.
The pains are unbearable, to put it softly. The drugs that keep them in control are toxic if they are used for long periods of time. Zverski is barely walking, it has been too many months now since he stopped being a crazy white cannonball greeting everyone with enthusiasm and kisses.
D-r Zlatinov from CVC can help him by putting in an orthopedic plate. The wrists are also twisted, but it will become apparent during the surgery if anything has to be done as well. In that case a partial arthrodesis will be done. In any case, we need to start with the leading leg, as the pain is stronger there. And of course, he needs to continue to lose weight.
The price of his surgery is high, and we still need E345 to be able to do it.
