Nicoletta has become 11 years old. Since her family can’t adopt Lord – a dog she loves dearly, she came to celebrate her day with him, at the shelter. It was an amazing, windy and cheerful party that brought great joy to the doggies as Nicoletta had friends as guests and many dogs got walked and hugged.

Our warmest regards to the volunteers of 15-16 October for their bravery in the cold snowy rain!!! You were AMAZING, this is the FIRST time each and every dog got a walk at the Bogrov shelter! Thank you!!!

It was a cold, cold day at the Bogrov shelter, the dogs didn’t expect many people – they knew bad weather usually means that very few of them would get their walk…

Check out the “walking” book – a notebook where the volunteers write down each cage of walked dogs so that everyone would get their fair share of walking through the month. WOW – look at day 15.10!

We had a group of volunteers from the Peace Corps both days this weekend. Thank you so much for coming – please, come back soon!!!

We also had an organized group from Balkanstar thanks to the work of BCAF! Despite the horrible weather dogs were walked and walked and walked! We have never had such a large organized volunteer group at the shelter!

Hello, it’s us, the dogs of Bogrov!  It’s been a week since we’ve seen you, we’ve been so lonely without you!

We’ve been dreaming of cuddles and games all week long… Will you come to see us this weekend?

He was brought in by Ecobalance and has gone back to the streets after his successful sergery.
As you know Spay/Neuter is FREE at the Bogrov clinic. Both for dogs and cats, owned or homeless.
