Sheba has been with us quite some time now, as you can see from the photos below. Although she was a cute and innocent baby, no one saw their dog I her. However, we are uncompromising and we would present her to you as long as its needed. Still, let it be not as long, because she deserves a good life, in a warm place. She is very lovable, playful and extremely charming. She often sticks out her tongue to our photographers, but that only makes her sweeter, don’t you think?

My name is Sadly. I’m 3 years old, neutered and vaccinated. I don’t have a sad story to tell you. I’m just another one of Bogrov’s dogs. If I have to be honest, I should tell you that at first I wasn’t very sure about people and that entire thing with the walks…I was kind of shy. But now, you can ask everybody, I have changed. Now I’m always waiting for the weekend walks, dreaming for a family like every other dog in here. But alas, I don’t have a pretty look or sweet face to win people’s hearts. All I have are my big and sad eyes. Those are eyes that have seen a lot, but behind the bars – I have seen days that have gone slowly one after another, volunteers coming and going, rain, snow, sun… But those are eyes that can see behind the dark and gloomy life in the shelter, eyes that see what a beautiful and interesting world there is, that see a different future – full with laughter and games, treats and caresses, with love… Only if you could look behind my plain appearance deep into my eyes…Oh, how much love you will find! And devotion, a promise for a lifetime of true friendship, and one big heart – that will be forever yours! Only if you could give me a chance to show you my true self. Do you think you can!?

Natasha is a sweet, small, charming pup, which always looks for a person to snuggle to and loves to sleep in someone’s hands. Well, this won’t be possible once she grows up, but for now, its fine to be spoiled and loved by the staff in the shelter.

Let me impatiently introduce to you three little man Louis, Owen and Tayler. They are a bit shy, but very pretty. They have a keen sight, with which they take your breath away, and would become real Don Juans as soon as they grow up a bit. I suppose this uniqueness comes from the fact, that they were born in the month of the Scorpio, or maybe because the express charm and warmth.

A lot of the dogs in Bogrov were named because of their story or their character. For example one of the dogs was named Tashunko (in Bulgarian the name comes from the word testis) because he was shot in the testes and went through a long recovery, or we have Bozhka (in Bulgarian the name comes from how we call firebugs – God’s cows) who is like a sweet firebug only with tail and ears. So now we represent to you Ador – from the English word adorable which means charming, delightful. I think that everybody who meets this wonderful boy will understand why we named him like this.

Dogs, like people, also have their own personality and different characterizations. You can find dogs that are playful or timid, obedient or mischievous, friendly or not very sociable, dominant or obeying. I guess you wonder what is Ador like – well, he is the most humble dog I have ever seen. He’s perfect on a lead, always walking right next to you and if for a reason Ador out walks you; he stops, turns around and waits until you catch up. He loves human caress but he’s not from the kind of dogs that will bother you in some way because of that. He’ll stay next to you and if you decide to give him the so wanted caress he’ll take it with open arms. And during all that time Ador is always wagging his little tail – makes me wonder how he hasn’t disjoint it yet : ) I have noticed that if some dog quarrels with him when in the cage Ador momentarily shows his obedience by laying down, putting back his ears and gets that face expression which says: “please, don’t hurt me, I’ll be good”. 1.5 years old. Neutered and vaccinated.

At the moment you can find Ador at the shelter’s clinic at the way you see him on the second picture. Obviously his cute little face doesn’t have the same effect on others dogs as it has on humans. Soon his fur will grow and you’ll be able to see him in all his beauty.
